Everything Portal does, in one list.
82 features across 11 areas, from the customer portal and checkout to email intake, AI, workflows and the shop floor. All of it runs on your live ERP data, and all of it is built today.

ERP connection
Cloud ERPs by API, on-premise ERPs through a small Windows agent. Your ERP stays the system of record.
- Command queueEvery write to your ERP goes through one queue, so nothing is entered twice, even after a timeout.
- Two-way syncCustomers, items, prices, stock, orders, invoices and payments synced in, with full and incremental runs.
- PortalAgent for on-premise ERPsA Windows service at your site that only calls out over HTTPS. Pairs with a one-time code; settings are encrypted.
- RelayReach an ERP inside your network through the agent, without opening a port.
- Sync healthAgent status, ERP version and any record type that stopped syncing, on one screen.
Security and hosting
Each company sees only its own data, and you choose where that data lives.
- Row-level securityEvery company’s data is walled off in the database itself, not only in the app.
- Roles and permissionsAdmin, staff and approver roles on your side; admin, buyer and accounts payable on the customer side.
- Encrypted credentialsERP, mailbox and payment credentials are stored encrypted.
- Hosted for youRun on our cloud, with your customer portal on your own domain.
- On your own serverA full Portal copy on your Linux server holding only your data, with upgrades, rollback and nightly backups. Secrets sealed so we cannot read them.

Questions about the features.
Is every feature on this page available today?
Yes. This page lists what is built in the product today. Features still on the roadmap are not listed here.
Do we have to use every feature?
No. Each account switches on the parts it needs. Customer emails, AI assistants and payments are all off until an admin turns them on.

Can AI change data in our ERP on its own?
Not by default. AI drafts, and a person approves. AI assistants connected through MCP are off until an admin enables them, show a preview of every change and need a confirm before anything is written.
